Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how habbo.center (the Site) and the Habbo Discord bot (the Bot) handle information. By using the Site or the Bot, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Process

• Discord interaction data necessary to operate the Bot, such as your Discord user ID and username, the command you invoke, and contextual server/channel information processed by Discord to deliver the feature. We do not persist this information beyond what is needed to complete the interaction.
• Temporary inputs you provide to the Bot (e.g., witness and reason for a disconnection). These are held in memory for up to ~5 minutes to complete the flow and are then discarded.
• Public Habbo profile information retrieved from official Habbo endpoints (e.g., username, unique ID, last seen). This information is public and retrieved on demand.
• Advertising-related information that may be processed by third-party ad providers, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, ad impressions, clicks, cookies, and similar identifiers used to deliver, measure, and improve ads.

2. Optional Reports to a Custom API

If a custom API is configured by the Bot operator, the Bot may submit a disconnection report that can include: username, userId, witness, reason, timestamp, and lastLogin. The existence and behavior of that external API are controlled by its operator. Please refer to that API's policy if applicable.

3. How We Use Information

• To operate and improve the Site and Bot features you request.
• To keep the Bot functional, secure, and reliable (e.g., limited error logging).
• To support the Site through advertising and understand basic ad performance.
• To comply with legal obligations and platform requirements.

4. Advertising and Cookies

The Site may display ads from third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense. These partners may use cookies, scripts, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies to show ads, prevent fraud, measure ad performance, and personalize advertising where permitted. Their processing is governed by their own privacy and cookie policies, including Google's Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

5. Retention

Interaction state stored by the Bot is ephemeral and typically cleared within approximately 5 minutes. We do not maintain a user database for Bot interactions. If a custom API is used, its retention policies are determined by that API's operator. Advertising partners determine their own retention periods for advertising-related data they process.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers or platforms solely as needed to operate the Site and Bot, support advertising, or provide requested features (e.g., Discord, Habbo endpoints, optional custom API, and advertising partners such as Google AdSense).

7. Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect information handled by the Site and Bot. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Bot and Site are intended for use in accordance with Discord's age requirements. If you believe we inadvertently processed information about a minor in a way that violates applicable law, please contact us to request removal.

9. Your Choices

• You can choose not to use the Bot or the Site.
• You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings, though some ads or site features may not work as intended.
• You may request deletion of submitted information by contacting us; please include relevant details (server, channel, timestamp) if applicable.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use after an update signifies acceptance of the changes.
